双低油菜数量性状的相关和通径分析

摘    要:本文应用相关和通径分析的方法对湘油11号,30-53等7个较稳定的双低油菜品系的10个数量性状进行了分析,结果表明:双低油菜遗传相关系数一次有效分枝数,二次有效分枝数、主花序长、主花序有效角果数、单株果数,每果粒数与产量呈极显著正相关。通过通径系数分析,估算出各个因素对产量结果的相对重要性,将其直接效应和间接效应区分开来。

Abstract:The experiment conducted for estimating the phenotypic correlation, genetic correlation, environmental correlation and pathcoefficient analysis of the 10 quantitative characters in double-low rapeseed rarities (B. napus ) in our College showed the following results. There were significatly positive genetic correlation between yield and numbers of primary branches, secondary branches, and the length of the main inflorescence, numbers of Siliquae the main inflorescence, siliquae per plant, seeds per siliqua, or plant height in doublelow rapeseed. Therefore, increasing value of these quantitative characters would promote yield. The path-coefficient analysis showed that plant hieght, number of primary branches, number of siliguae of the main inflorescence, number of siliquae per plant were positive (P_(1y)=2.8779, P_(3y)=0.4724, P_(6y)=0.2219,P_(7y)=0.383 4 ) . But the location of primary branche,number of seconday branches, the length of the main inflorescence, number of seeds per siligua, weight of 1000 seeds were negative(P_(2y)=-1.6561,P_(4y)=-1.0501, P_(5v)=-0.7781P_(8y)=-2.1536, P_(9y)=-0.3435). The results showed that double-low rapeseed obtained by hybridization and continuity selection is best coordination for interation between gene and gene. It has been used with success in the productoin of double-low variety of commercial value.
