| 摘 要： | 介绍了非道路用SNH4102Z增压直喷柴油机的研制工作。主要的研制工作包括增压器的匹配与增压系统的设计,以及对柴油机润滑系统和燃油系统等进行的改进和优化。改进后的SNH4102Z柴油机经过各项试验证明,不仅能满足"中国非道路移动机械用柴油机第二阶段"的排放法规要求,而且其整机性能也得到提高。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the development of the SNH4102Z turbocharged direct injection diesel engine.The main development work includes the optimum matching of turbocharger as well as the improvement and optimization of lubrication systems,fuel system and so on.The test shows the developed SNH4102Z diesel engine is able to fulfill the national standard of exhaust pollutants from diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery phase Ⅱ.Meanwhile the engine performance is also improved. |
