土地流转对县域农业产业化发展的影响研究——以陕西省大荔县为例

在阐述我国土地流转现状的基础上,从土地市场、农业资本市场、农业劳动力市场、农业科学技术4个方面分析了土地流转引发的县域农业生产要素市场的变化。探讨了土地流转对县域农业产业化发展的影响：一是县域农业规模化生产所需要的大量土地得到较为有效的供给;二是县域农业专业化生产所需要的大量劳动力得到较为有效的补充;三是科学技术的创新为县域农业产业结构的调整提供了重要动力。在此基础上提出了促进县域经济发展的对策：一是规范土地流转市场,保证县域农业产业化发展有持久稳定的基础;二是提高县域农产品的商品化、差异性和附加值;三是保证县域农业资本的投入。

Researches on Influences of Land Transfer on the Agricultural Industrialized Development of Counties

On the basis of the introduction of present conditions of land transfer in China,the paper analyzes the market changes of agricultural production factors of counties caused by land transfer in terms of land markets,agricultural capital markets,agricultural labor markets,and agricultural scientific technologies and discusses the influences of land transfer on agricultural industrialized development of counties.The first is the abundant amount of land required by the agricultural scaled production in counties has been supplied efficiently;the second is the abundant labors needed by the agricultural professional production have been supplemented efficiently;the third is the renovation of scientific technology provides important impetus for the adjustment of agricultural industrialized structure of counties.Based on these situations,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating the economic development of counties: the first is to formalize the land transfer markets to ensure that the agricultural industrialized development of counties has continuous and stable basis;the second is to upgrade the degrees of mechanization,differences and added values of agricultural products of counties;the third is to ensure the agricultural capital investment of counties.
