摘    要:利用5种发根农杆菌1.2556、A4、LBA9402、R1000、R1601对栝楼组培苗茎段和叶片进行感染,诱导出毛状根,PCR检测结果表明,发根农杆菌Ri质粒的rolB基因已经整合到栝楼的基因组中.

Abstract:Stem segments and leaves of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim were infected by five Agrobacterium rhizogenes(1.2556,A4,LBA9402,R1000 and R1601).Hairy root was induced.The result of PCR showed that rolB gene in Ri plasmid was integrated into the genome of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.
