浙江省农业技术进步贡献率实证研究

摘    要:利用1990--2005年浙江省l1个地市的平行数据(Panel Data),在综合考虑偏要素技术进步和中性技术进步的共同作用下,应用超越对数函数法建立了浙江省农业技术进步测算模型。测算结果表明:浙江省农业发展已经进入内涵式扩大再生产阶段,今后促进农业劳动力、土地等要素的技术进步以及完善农业发展的市场导向机制是提高浙江省农业技术进步的关键所在。

Abstract:Based on the panel data of eleven cities in Zhejiang province from 1990 to 2005,a model was established for calculation of agricultural technological progress by applying the Translog Production Function,taking account of both partial technological progress and neutral technological progress.The results demonstrated that agriculture development has been in all expanding reproduction stage mainly relying on technology progress but not material extension;the improvement of the quality of labor and land and the development of the market-oriented system of agriculture are the keys to increase the whole agriculture technological progress in Zhejiang province.
