SF480发动机机体的有限元和试验模态分析

摘    要:结合实验模态与有限元理论模态分析,对SF480型发动机的机体进行了动态特性研究。首先,在Pro/Eingeer中建立机体的三维实体模型;然后导入ANSYS中进行网格划分,得到其有限元模型;再采用子空间迭代法进行模态求解,得到前10阶固有频率和振型。另外,用脉冲激励法在实验室对机体进行模态实验,得到实验模态参数。通过理论模态与实验模态参数的对比,验证了结果的有效性,并分析了机体模态的规律,为该类型发动机的机体结构优化提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:The study on dynamic characteristic of SF480 engine block is performed with Finite Element Analysis Method and modal experiment. First, the 3D solid model of engine block is formed in Pro/E and then imported into ANSYS for meshing, and last modal resolution is obtained with Subspace Method. Then, modal experiment of engine block is carried out with impulse excitation method and corresponding low order modal parameters are obtained. Through comparison on natural frequencies and mode shape from theoretic modal analysis and modal experiment, laws governing engine block vibration are analyzed, which settled bases for the engine optimization.
