药用植物翻白叶树的扦插繁殖研究

摘    要:本文从激素的种类、浓度、激素配比和插穗类型等方面,研究了翻白叶树的扦插繁殖方法。用不同浓度的IBA, NAA和2,4-D单独或混合处理翻白叶树插穗,50 d后比较插穗的成活率、根数、根直径、生长势。结果表明,以嫩枝和老枝为插穗均能获得良好的扦插效果。对于嫩枝插穗,用IBA 20 mg/L + NAA 40 mg/L处理60 min的效果较好,成活率达82.2%,平均根数为5.50条,根直径达2.00 mm,生长势较旺盛;而对于老枝插穗,用IBA 20 mg/L + NAA 60 mg/L处理60 min的效果较好,成活率达86.7%,平均根数为7.32条,根直径达2.05 mm,生长势也较旺盛。混合生长素处理比单一生长素处理效果更好。

Abstract:To obtain the best cutting effect, different kinds of hormones, hormone concentrations, hormone combinations and different types of cuttings were investigated. After treated by IBA, NAA, 2,4-D alone or their combinative solutions, the cuttings were compared in the survival rates, numbers and diameters of roots, and growing tendencies at the fiftieth day. The result shows that not only the young branches but also the old branches can be used as cuttings. For the younger cuttings, the better effect was obtained by treating for 60 min with IBA 20 mg/L + NAA 40 mg/L. The survival rate, root number and root diameter in average of cuttings were 82.2%, 5.50 and 2.00 mm, respectively. Growing tendency of cuttings was strong. But for the elder cuttings, the better effect was obtained by treating for 60 min with IBA 20 mg/L + NAA 60 mg/L. The survival rate, root number and root diameter in average of cuttings were 86.72%, 7.32 and 2.05 mm, respectively. Growing tendency of cuttings was also strong. The cutting effect from treatment by combinative hormones was better than that from hormone alone.
