20%前胡微粉水悬浮剂配方筛选及其对稻瘟病的防治研究

摘    要:筛选了20%前胡微粉水悬浮剂的最佳配方,并对其稻瘟病防治效果进行了研究。20%前胡微粉水悬浮剂的最佳配方为:前胡微粉20%,润湿分散剂(NNO+FS3 000)5%,增稠剂黄原酸胶0.15%、抗冻剂乙二醇1%,稳定剂有机膨润土0.5%,水补足至体积的100%。盆栽试验结果表明,20%前胡微粉水悬浮剂在100~400倍液的剂量下对稻瘟病的防治效果可达74.22%~84.99%。田间试验结果表明,20%前胡微粉水悬浮剂在100~200倍液剂量下对稻瘟病的防治效果最好,为76.66%~76.88%,防治效果与稻瘟病常规化学防治药剂三环唑相当,显示了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Formulation of 20% Radix peucedani SC was screened for its control effect on rice blast in this experiment. Optimum formulation of 20% Radix peucedani SC included 20% Radix peucedani, 5% NNO+FA3000, 0.15% XG, 1% glycol, 0.5% organobentonite and water.Indoor assay indicated that the optimal control effect was 74.22%~84.99%, using 100~400×diluent of 20% Radix peucedani SC. Field assay indicated that the control effect of 100~200 ×diluent of 20% Radix peucedani SC was 76.66%~76.88%. The results showed that 20% Radix peucedani SC has a favorable application prospect for rice blast control.
