栝蒌的扦插技术研究

摘    要:对扦插基质、插穗的选择及生根剂处理等影响栝蒌幼苗扦插生根的因素进行了研究。结果表明:采用纯蛭石为基质,选取移栽25-30 d已具有5-6片真叶的半木质化组培苗,剪2叶一心的茎尖作为插穗,用浓度为500 mg/L的NAA处理1 h后扦插,于第二天用同一浓度的生根剂喷施一次,扦插的生根率高达100%,植株生长健壮、成活率高。

Cutting Technology of Trichosanthes kirilowii

Abstract:It studied the factors influencing rooting of cutting seedlings of Trichosanthes kirilowii, such as choosing cutting substrate and cutting shoot, and treating with rooting agent. The results showed that taking pure vermiculite as the substrate, and selecting semi-lignified plantlets with 5-6 true leaves at 25-30 d after transplantation to cut the stem tip with two leaves and one bud as the cutting shoot, and then cutting after treating with 500 mg/L of NAA for 1 h, moreover, sparing with the same concentration of shooting agent once at the next day, the rooting rate of the cuttings can be as high as 100%, and the plants grow strongly with high survival rate.
