| 摘 要： | 针对永顺县粮食产业发展的现状,客观分析了影响粮食产业发展的制约因素,提出了加强基础设施建设、强化基本农田保护、健全土地流转机制、加快科技创新步伐、抓好产业集群建设,以及加大粮食生产投入的对策措施,以期为该地区粮食产业发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Facing with the current situations of the development of grain industry in Yongshun Country, the paper objectively analyzed the restricting factors that impacted the grain industry development, put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, intensity the protection of basic farmland, improve the land circulation mechanism, speed up the pace of scientific and technological innovation, pay special attention to the construction of industrial clusters, increase the food production in the development of food industry, all these measures provided references for the development of grain industry in this area. |
