催芽药剂对秋季脱毒马铃薯原原种繁育产量的影响

摘    要:以催芽药剂、浸泡浓度及浸泡时间为因素设计了L^9(3^4)正交试验,研究打破秋繁马铃薯原原种休眠的最适处理方法。结果表明,以5 mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)浸泡10 min的处理产量最高,为724.93 kg/667m^2,比其他处理增产17.6%-114.9%;各因素对产量的决定程度由大到小排列依次为:催芽药剂(A)〉浸泡浓度(B)〉浸泡时间(C)。

Abstract:L9(3^4) orthogonal test was conducted combined the factors of sprouting reagent, soaking concentration and soaking time to study the best handling method for breaking the rest of fall breeding potato seeds. The results showed that the highest yield was 724.93 kg/667m2,which was soaked in 5 mg/L of GA3 for 10 min, increasing by 17.6%-114.9% than that of others. These factors determining the yield can be queued as follows: sprouting reagent(A) soaking concentration(B) soaking time(C).
