摘    要:利用油酸酰胺进行野外围隔原位除藻试验.结果表明,在整个试验周期内(31 d),投放油酸酰胺后水体叶绿素a含量均低于对照,而水体透明度均高于对照;投放油酸酰胺后的第1~10d,水体氨氮含量较对照有所降低,但是在第10d以后与对照相比无明显差异;投放油酸酰胺后,水体总磷含量在第3~17d低于对照,到第31d时却高于对照.水体微囊藻毒素检测结果显示,投放油酸酰胺对水体微囊藻毒素含量没有明显影响.这说明油酸酰胺能有效解除蓝藻水华危机,是一种具有除藻应用潜力的杀藻物质.

Abstract:A field in situ cyanobaeterial bloom removal using oleamide was reported in this paper. The results showed that, during the whole 31 d experiment stage, the chlorophyll a content in the water treated with oleamide all lower than that of the control. Whereas, the change of water transparency treated with oleamide exhibited the contrary trend of chlorophyll a content. The NH4+-N in the water treated with oleamide lower than the control form day 1 to day 10, but it showed no significant different with the control from day 10 to day 31. The total phosphorus (total-P) was lower than the control from day 3 to day 17 while higher than the control on day 31. The results of microcystins determination showed that oleamide application showed no effect on microcystins concentration in water. Results of in situ cyanobacterial bloom removal study showed that oleamide could effectively remove cyanobacterial bloom and exhibit great potential in as algicide.
