| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家,构建社会主义和谐社会,就要积极构建由社会主义和谐文化支撑的社会主义和谐法治理念。本文从"和谐"的基本内涵入手,解析了社会主义和谐法治理念的基本内涵,指出构建社会主义和谐法治理念,其中的关键是要切实把和谐理念渗透到法律制定、法律适用中去。

| Abstract: | Socialist harmonious nomocracy thought which is underpinned by socialist harmonious culture must be constructed through the course of building socialist nomocracy country and constructing socialist harmonious society.This article parses the basic meaning of socialist harmonious nomocracy thought with the basic meaning of "harmony" and points out constructing socialist harmonious nomocracy thought whose key point is infiltrating harmonious thought into law constitution and law application down to earch. |
