| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胶凝胶电泳法对柴达木黄牛和青海东部黄牛HB ,TF ,PTF ,PA和ALP5个基因座进行分析 ,根据其基因频率计算与我国其它品种黄牛的遗传距离 ,并用最短距离法进行聚类分析 ,以评价柴达木黄牛与其它黄牛的亲缘关系。结果表明 ,柴达木黄牛与青海东部黄牛之间存在最亲密的亲缘关系 ,与北方牛系蒙古牛 ,延边牛和安西牛之间具有较近的亲缘关系

| Abstract: | The five loci of HB, TF, PTF, PA and ALP for Chaidamu and Qinghai east yellow cattle were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The blood relationship among Chaidamu and other breeds of yellow cattle was evaluated on the basis of the genetic distance with other breeds of yellow cattle in China which was calculated from the gene frequencies and the result of cluster analysis by nearest-neighbouring method. The results showed that there was the closest blood relationship between Chaidamu and Qinghai east yellow cattle and the closer blood relationship among Chaidamu and northen system of bovine including Menggu, Yanbian and Anxi cattle. |
