高速加工机理与关键技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了高速切削加工机理,介绍了高速加工关键技术:高速电主轴、直线进给直接驱动、高性能数控、高动态性能机床结构和高速切削刀具系统。为了保证高速加工的高精度与高速度,高速加工机床的主传动和进给传动取消了传统的机械传动机构,改用电力直接驱动;采用高性能CNC直接作样条插补,为机床进给轴加减速产生无冲击的位置理论值,提高轮廓加工精度;只有高动态性能的CNC与高动态性能的进给驱动系统的配合,才有可能获得高的表面质量。

Abstract:The mechanism of HSM(high speed machining) was studied on the base of the analysis, which revealed that the electric spindle of the high speed, directly driving, high performance CNC (computerized numerical control), construction of high dynamic performance machine tools and cutting tools with high speed were the key techniques of HSM. To guarantee a high accuracy and high speed processing, the main driving and the feed driving systems were replaced by an electrical driving unit. The high performance CNC directly made the sample bar to put to interpolation and increased the precision of processed outline. No other than a high performance CNC cooperates with the feed driving system both with a high and dynamic performance, a high surface quality can be obtained.
