摘    要:用4年试验探讨AVG(2-aminoethoxyvinylglycine)对防止“巨峰”葡萄落花落果的有效处理时期和浓度。试验在开发前1-3周分别采用25,50,75,100,300mg.L^-1的5种浓度。结果表明AVG处理可以明显促进葡萄坐果和有核果粒率。处理最佳时期为盛花前2周、最佳处理浓度为100mg.L^-1。同时AVG处理呈现处理时期越早期则需有效浓度越高、处理时期越晚则所需有效浓度越低趋势,处理后对收获果实的品质没有影响。此外,AVG处理明显抑制小花中ACC含量和乙烯释放量。

Abstract:Effects of using AVG (aminoethoxyvinylglycine) on fruit set of ‘Kyoho’ grapevine have been investigated for 4 years. Flower clusters were dipped in AVG at 25, 50, 75, 100 and 300 mg*L-1 about 1 to 3 weeks before anthesis. The results showed that the AVG enhanced the rate of berry set and seeded berries. The effective period of AVG was two weeks before anthesis, and suitable concentration of AVG was 100 mg*L-1. The higher effective concentrations of AVG were needed for the earlier application of AVG, and the lower effective concentrations of AVG for the latter AVG application. There were no significant differences found in soluble solid content and titratable acidity between the control and AVG treated berries, but the AVG treatment increased the berry weight. ACC content and ethylene evolution rate from florets was lower by the AVG treatment.
