摘    要:以草莓为试验材料,研究了在低温胁迫条件下喷施壳聚糖和水杨酸对草莓生理生化的影响.结果表明,适当浓度的壳聚糖和水杨酸处理能有效减轻草莓低温伤害,与对照相比,草莓叶片保护酶(SOD、POD)活性升高,可溶性糖、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量均增加,相对电导率降低,MDA的积累减少.壳聚糖和水杨酸处理能够明显提高草莓的抗寒性,其中,20 mg/L的壳聚糖和1.0 mmol/L的水杨酸效果最明显.

Abstract:Effects of chitosan and salicylic acid(SA)were studied on physiology and biochemistry of strawberry under low temperature.The result showed that the treatment of chitosan and SA decreased injuries by low temperature induced.The activity of superoxi dedismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)increased,the content of chlorophylls,proline and soluble sugar enhanced,while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the leakage of electrolytes decreased in the leave of treated plants when compared with the control.It was suggested chitosan and SA could increase cold resistance of strawberry,the effective concentration of SA and chitosan was at 1.0 mmol/L and 20 mg/L.
