猪肿瘤抑制基因候选5的克隆与序列分析

摘    要:基于电子延伸序列,克隆了仔猪肿瘤抑制基因候选5(TUSC5),并初步分析其组织分布情况;获得了TUSC5基因的全长序列636bp,包括开放阅读框架(ORF)534bp,编码177个氨基酸。克隆的仔猪TUSC5基因与人、小鼠、大鼠的TUSC5基因序列的同源性分别为83.5%,82.4%,82.6%,推测的氨基酸序列同源性分别为71.2%,77.5%,78%,成功克隆了猪TUSC5基因。

Abstract:In this study,the coding sequence of porcine tumor suppressor candidate 5(TUSC5)were amplified based on the in silico sequence information. The result showed that the full length of TUSC5 was 636 bp and the open reading frame was 534 bp long. The predicted protein-coding sequence was 177 amino acid residues. Identity analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence of porcine TUSC5 shares 83.5%,82.4% and 82.6% with that of human,mouse and rat,respectively.
