田园综合体模式分析及其优化路径——以首批国家级试点为例

依据产业融合理论，24个首批国家级田园综合体试点可分为农旅协调型、农产拓展型、技术支撑型三种模式，其数量呈依次递减状态。三种模式的落地壁垒和差异化程度由高到低依次为技术支撑型、农产拓展型、农旅协调型；短期社会效益由高到低依次为农产拓展型、农旅协调型、技术支撑型；发展前景由高到低依次为技术支撑型、农产拓展型、农旅协调型。针对目前存在的要素支撑不足、产业关联粗放、市场带动力弱以及农民参与度低这些共性问题，应从要素引进机制、产业连接机制、市场竞争能力以及农企互信机制方面进行优化。

The Analysis of Rural Complex Model and Its Optimization Path:Taking the First Batch of National Pilots as an Example

According to the theory of industrial integration, the first batch of 24 national rural complex pilots could be divided into three modes: agricultural tourism coordination, agricultural production expansion and technical support, with a decreasing quantity in turn. In terms of landing barrier and differentiation degree, the type of technical support is the highest, followed by the type of agricultural production expansion, while the type of agricultural tourism coordination is the lowest among the three. The short-term social benefits of agricultural production expansion are more than that of agricultural tourism coordination, and the short-term social benefits of technical support is the least among the three. The development prospects, ranked in descending order, are as follows: technical support, agricultural production expansion and agricultural tourism coordination. In view of the current common problems, such as insufficient factor support, extensive industrial association, weak market driving force and low participation of farmers, we should optimize the mechanism of factors introduction and industrial connection, improve market competitiveness and promote mutual trust between agricultural enterprises.
