云南省红河州农村土地承包经营权流转问题研究

土地是农村最基本的生产要素,土地制度是农村最基本的经济制度,农村土地承包经营权流转是农村土地制度的重要内容。近年来,红河州农村土地承包经营权流转成效显著,但仍然存在许多困难和问题。本论文通过查阅资料、实地调查获得一手资料,分析了红河州农村土地承包经营权流转的基本现状,深入研究了红河州土地流转存在的问题,提出了推进红河州土地流转的对策建议。

Research on the circulation of rural land contractual management right in Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province

Land is the most basic factor of production in rural areas, land system is the most basic economic system in rural areas, and the transfer of rural land contractual management right is an important part of rural land system. In recent years, the transfer of rural land contractual management rights in Honghe Prefecture has achieved remarkable results, but there are still many difficulties and problems. This paper analyzes the basic situation of the circulation of rural land contractual management rights in Honghe Prefecture, deeply studies the problems existing in the circulation of land in Honghe Prefecture, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the circulation of land in Honghe Prefecture.
