干旱锻炼对小麦幼苗期形态指标的影响

摘    要:为了探讨干旱锻炼对小麦幼苗期形态指标的影响,对经过干旱锻炼的小麦在不同程度干旱胁迫下小麦的苗高、苗鲜质量、叶相对含水量、叶干质量以及叶绿素含量等形态指标进行动态研究。结果表明,与对照相比,经过干旱锻炼的小麦幼苗在干旱胁迫条件下的苗高、苗鲜质量和叶干质量都相对较高,叶片的相对含水量减少程度显著降低。叶绿素含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但在较低胁迫下经过干旱锻炼的叶片叶绿素含量降低较少。由此得出小麦幼苗期干旱锻炼能显著提高小麦的耐旱性。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of drought priming on wheat seedling morphological indexes, the dynamic changes of seedling height, fresh mass , leaf water content, leaf dry mass , chlorophyll content and other wheat morphological indexes were studied after drought priming under different degrees of drought stress. The results showed that, compared with control group, the seedling height, fresh mass and leaf dry mass of wheat seedlings after drought priming were relatively higher under drought stress, the decrease of relative leaf water content was significantly lower under drought stress.In all treatments, the chlorophyll content was firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of stress days. Under low drought stress, the leaves chlorophyll content of drought priming wheat seedling decreased less than other treatments. Therefore, drought priming at the seedling stage of wheat can significantly improve wheat drought tolerance.
