过磷酸钙、生物炭、腐殖酸对双胞菇胞外酶活性和营养成分影响的研究

摘    要:以不添加过磷酸钙(ck)作为对照,研究了玉米秸秆发酵料中添加干物质量的10%过磷酸钙(P)、10%过磷酸钙+10%的生物炭(P +BC)、 10%过磷酸钙+0.25%的腐殖酸(P+HA)对双胞菇菌丝体、原基和子实体生长阶段菌丝体胞外酶的活性及双胞菇产量和营养成分的影响。结果表明:与ck相比,P、P+BC、P+HA处理增加了双胞菇菌丝体、原基、子实体生长阶段羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶的活性。P、P+HA处理显著增加了第一潮菇鲜菇产量、生物学效率、干物质、粗蛋白、总糖的含量。综合来看,玉米秸秆发酵料中添加10%过磷酸钙+0.25%的腐殖酸的情况下,双胞菇生物学效率和粗蛋白最高。

Study on the effect of superphosphate, biochar and humic acid additives on on the activity of extracellular enzymes and nutrients of Agaricus bisporus
Abstract:With no superphosphate (ck) as control, the effect of adding10% superphosphate (P), 10% superphosphate+10% biochar (P +BC), 10% superphosphate+0.25% humic acid (P+HA) to the fermented corn straw on extracellular enzyme activity of Agaricus bisporus in the mycelium, primordium, fruit body growth stage were measured, yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus were also measured. The results showed that: P, P+BC, P+HA treatments increased the activities of sodium carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase , peroxidase, laccase ,amylase during mycelium, primordium, fruit body growth stage. P, P+HA treatment significantly increased the yield of fresh mushrooms, biological efficiency, dry matter, crude protein, and total sugar content. On the whole, the additions of 10% superphosphate+ 0.25% humic acid to the fermented corn straw was the most conducive to the improvement of biological efficiency and crude protein of Agaricus bisporus.
