| 摘 要： | 春茶开采期与乌牛早相当或比乌牛早迟1～2天,属于特早TG茶树品种;单位面积树冠的春茶芽叶萌发密度和产量略高于乌牛早和福鼎大白茶;春茶的茶多酚含量低于乌牛早和福鼎大白茶,酚/氨比明显低于乌牛早和福鼎大白茶,是加工扁型和单芽名优绿茶的优质品种."香山早1号"茶树品种对倒春寒具有较强的抵抗力.

| Abstract: | Xiangshanzao 1" was an early sprouting tea cultivar whose sprouting phase in the spring season was as early as "Wuniuzao" or 1-2 later than the later. The sprouting shoots per unit area on plucking table and tea yield were more than "Wuniuzao" and Fudingdabaicha". The concentration of tea polyphenols in spring shoots of "Xiangshanzao l" was lower than "Wuniuzao" and Fudingdabaicha", but that of amino acids was higher than the latter's. It was a quality cultivar for processing famous teas with flat and tip type. |
