网络环境下再议书次号的统一

笔者从一个全新的角度 ,通过对网络环境下种次号与著者号的优劣势比较 ,认为在全国实行统一的书次号的条件已经成熟 ,目前我们的任务不应再是争论要不要统一书次号、到底采用哪一种书次号 ,更无需再耗费大量人力、物力、财力研究设计新的书次号 ,而是要统一思想 ,集中精力 ,进一步完善《通用汉语著者号码表》以及《通用汉语著者号码表自动配号系统》 ,并想方设法通过各种渠道对其进行大力宣传推广 ,最终实现书次号的全面统一。

More On the Uniformity of Book Number in Network Environment

Through the comparison between the author number and title number from a new viewpoint,the author holds the view that it is time to unify the book number in China. Now,our task is neither to discuss on whether we should unify the book number,which book number we should adopt,nor any necessity to spend manpower,material resources and financial resources on designing a kind of new book number. We should unify our ideas,centralize our energy to consummate the Universal Author Number Table by Chinese Phonetic and the auto-number system of the universal author number table by Chinese phonetic,try every means to popularize them,and bring about the uniformity of book number eventually.
