安康库区现代生态渔业的历史与发展现状

为探索集约养殖与水域生态保护的关系,文章历史地分析了安康现代生态渔业的发展进程,对安康“宜渔则鱼、以鱼净水”发展生态渔业的指导思想和“面控规模、点调结构”的技术措施进行了思考,提出了发展现代生态渔业集约养殖是基础、根本出路在科技、发展动力在政策的观点.文章认为,安康传承鱼鲜纳贡历史,以集约养殖方式发展现代生态渔业,产量产值跃居陕西之首,汉江安康段水体保持了饮用水质量,是集约养殖时空可控特点的鲜活运用,对发展现代生态渔业有重要参考价值.

History and Present Situation of Modern Ecological Fishery of Ankang Reservoir Region

In order to explore the relation between the intensive aquaculture and the protection for ecological environment of fishery water areas, the article historical analyzed the progress of Ankang modern ecological fishery, and reflected on both the guiding ideology of that the fishery was compatible with the environment and technical measure of that the scale in entire An- kang areas was controlled and the structure at selected spots were adjusted through developing the modern ecological fishery, and presented the idea including that the modern ecological and intensive aquaculture was the base, and technology was the bas- ic method, and policy was the motive power. The article consider that the historical heritage of the fresh aquatic food as the tribute should been inherited, and that the modern ecological fishery was developed through the intensive aquaculture. The fishery output and output value of Ankang district ranked the first in Shaanxi province, with the water quality of Han River reaching the drinking water standards at the same time. The Ankang fishery promotes the sustainable development of appropriate fishing fish and purifying the water by fish to provide important reference information for the development of the modern ecological fishery.
