百合试管结鳞茎的研究

摘    要:在试管内诱导百合形成大量小鳞茎,并探讨了影响百合试管结鳞茎的一些因素。结果表明:蔗糖是主要因子,当其浓度过低(3%)时,没有小鳞茎形成;浓度较高时,均能形成小鳞茎,鳞茎较粗,10%蔗糖效果最好。多效唑对百合根、叶有明显抑制作用,对鳞茎的形成起促进作用,以10mg.L-1时结鳞茎率最高,效果最佳;芽和叶片基部结鳞茎的效果差异较大,叶片基部结鳞茎率高,但所形成的小鳞茎比芽来源的小鳞茎略小。

Abstract:Many bulblets of lily could be induced in tube, some factors influenced the bulblet formation were researched in tube. It showed that sucrose was the primary factor. No bulblet forming at 3% sucrose. The bulblet formed at high sucrose concentrations, and the diameter of bulblet Increased. The best effect was 10% sucrose. Meanwhile paclobutrazol had apparent inhibitory effects on roots and leaves, but it improved the bulblet formaing and expanding. The highest frequency of bulblet formation and best effect was 10 mg. L-1 paclobutrazol. The effects of bulblet formation at shoot and the base of leaf had large difference, the latter had higher frequency of bulblet formation, but its bulblet diameter was smaller than the former' s.
