基于MATLAB的旋耕机刀轴优化设计

摘    要:针对旋耕机刀轴传统设计强度过于保守的缺点,采用机械优化设计方法,建立了旋耕机刀轴优化设计的数学模型,用经典力学方法给出初始值,再用Matlab软件进行优化。结果表明效果显著,可大大节约材料和成本.

Optimization Design of Rotary Tiller Shaft Based on MATLAB

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of more conservation in traditional design for the rotary tiller shaft, a machine optimization design method is adopted, a mathematical model of rotary tiller shaft is established. The way is using the classical mechanics to give the initial value and using Mat lab for further optimization. The result shows that optimization is remarkable, tor it can greatly save material and reduce cost.
