摘    要:1981~1986年调查福建省崇安县水牛巴贝斯焦虫病,该病病原初步鉴定为牛巴贝斯焦虫Babesia boris(Babes,1988)。病原各类虫体形态所占比例分别为:单梨形虫体占37.21%,双梨形虫体占35.03%,椭圆形虫体占16.73%,环形虫体占7.67%,圆形虫体占1.34%和变形虫形虫体占2.01%。红细胞染虫数1~4个,多数1~2个。带虫红细胞平均直径5.25μm。梨形虫体平均长度1.98μm。虫体指数为1:1.04~2.76。红细胞染虫率x4.33%,S1.97%。虫体位于红细胞中部占78.55%,位子红细胞边缘占21.45%。双梨形虫体尖端排列形成钝角、锐角和直线分别为80.19%、14.15%和5.66%。

Abstract:According to the preliminary identification the Babesiosis pathogen of buffalo mas Babesia bovis(Babes,1888)investigated in Chongan County, Fujian,China,in 1981—1986.The pathogen appeared in various shapes: singly or paired pyriform,ellipse,annular,round and amoeboid shapes. Among them the singly pyriform ocupied 37.21%, measuring 1.97um in leng- th by 1.06um wide;paired pyriform ocupied 35.03%,measuring 1.84um in length by 1.06um wide;ellipse form ocupied 16.73%,measuring 1.62um in length by 1.29um wide:annular form ocupied 7.67%,diameter of parasite 0.97um;round form ocupied 1.34%,diameter of parasite 1.23um;amoebo- id form ocupied 2.01%.There were 1—4 parasites in an erythrocyte cell, 1—2 parasites in an erythrocyte cell were in the majority among them.The mean diameter of the erythrocyte cell was 5.52um,the mean length of py- riform parasite was 1.98um.The parasite exponent was 1:1.04—2.76.The percentage of infectious erythrocyte cell was X 4.33%,S 1.97%.There were 78.55% in the centre of the erythrocyte cells,21.45% in the edge of the erythrocyte cells.Paired pyriform which tied to become obtuse angle came up to 80.19%,to become acute angle came up to 14.15% and to be- come straight line came up to 5.66%.
