本科教育是高等教育的基础和核心,加强本科教学工作是提升高等教育竞争力的关键。本文针对我院的具体情况阐述了加强我院本科教学工作的对策与措施,认为应进一步确立教学工作的中心地位,更新观念,转变思想,明确办学方向,优化专业结构与课程结构,开展教学研究和教学改革,不断改善实践教学条件,加强师资队伍建设,加强教学及教材建设的管理,切实加强学风建设。

Further Consideration on Reinforcing Undergraduate Education in Colleges and Universities

The undergraduate education is the basis and core of the higher education, so reinforcing the undergraduate education is the key to make the higher education more competitive. Considering the detailed situations of our school, the solutions and countermeasures to reinforce the undergraduate education are stated. It is put forward that the teaching must be considered as the center, the old ideology must be renewed and converted, the target of education must be cleared, the structure of specialties and curriculum must be optimized, the teaching research and teaching reform must be carried out, the teaching conditions must be constantly improved, the quality of teachers' group must also be improved, and the education management, teaching material construction and the academic atmosphere construction must be strengthened.
