两个绿豆品种根系发育生物学特性的比较

摘    要:在3种环境下比较了苏绿1号绿豆和江浦永宁绿豆根系的发育生物学特性,结果表明:2种绿豆根系的自然分布均为2个圆锥体的复合体,其纵切面均为2个紧密结合的等腰三角形,上三角形顶角朝上,腰较短;下三角形顶角朝下,腰较长。根系的这种空间分布模式自植株三叶期即已形成。随着生育期的不断推进,2个三角形的顶角度数不断增加,2个等腰三角形的腰长不断变长,但根系分布的这种基本模式不变。在同一生育期,苏绿1号绿豆的顶角度数明显大于江浦永宁绿豆。说明,苏绿1号的根系发育呈横向型,江浦永宁绿豆的根系发育呈纵向型。根系鲜重增加的最快时间是分枝期到开花期,且苏绿1号绿豆根系的定型时间早于江浦永宁绿豆。可见,绿豆生长中后期,在栽培上保护好苏绿1号绿豆的根系显得尤为重要。伤流量测定表明,苏绿1号绿豆的根系活力明显强于江浦永宁绿豆。
