| 摘 要： | 学生干部是学生管理工作中的桥梁和骨干力量，优秀的学生干部能更好地服务于广大学生，因此学生干部的培养举足轻重。通过比较分析高校学生干部与社会领导干部的能力现状和特征，发现他们的一些异同点，并从中总结出学生干部培养的方法。学生干部的培养要从思想素质、管理机制和实践能力等各方面入手。
