| 摘 要： | 自从1978年改革开放以来,我国食品工业每年以13%的速度迅猛发展。但近几年接踵发生的食品中毒事件,尤其是化学性食物中毒,暴露出我国食品控制体系的漏洞。化学性食物中毒是我国致死率最高,也是仅次于微生物污染的第二大污染原因。介绍了食品及配料化学性污染领域的我国政府管理体系、法律法规体系、检验体系、安全保证体系,以及近几年监控计划的制定和实施情况,论述了我国在食品及配料化学性污染控制体系中存在的问题和相应对策。
