冬小麦寒害和抗寒性与自由基代谢关系的研究

摘    要:本试验以临汾 118和Riband两种冬小麦品种为材料 ,采用大田和室内培养的方法研究了它们受寒害后体内自由基代谢情况。研究表明 :冬小麦受寒害后 ,自由基代谢紊乱 ,导致膜结构的破坏 ,酶活性发生变化 ,细胞器中以线粒体受损最严重

Abstract:Lin Fen 118 and Riband with different ability of cold resistence were cultivated in field and in door. The radicals metabolize of winter wheat injuried by cold were studied. The results showed that the cold injury of winter wheat lead to the disorder of radicals metabolize and destroy the bio-membrance structure and change the enzymes activity.Injury of mitochondrion was the severest among cell orgen.
