茶树根际土壤真菌ALF-1(Neurosporasp.)耐酸铝基因片段克隆

摘    要:采用rt-PCR克隆了茶树根际土壤耐酸铝真菌ALF-1(Neurospora sp.)与耐酸铝相关的基因片段,该片段由ALF-1在酸铝诱导条件才表达。序列分析后获得359 bp的可读片段,最大开放阅读框为260 bp,位于第100-359 bp之间,编码86个氨基酸残基。BLAST分析结果表明,该片段与Arabidopsis thaliana (thale cress)的耐酸铝相关基因序列同源性为50%。

Abstract:Aluminum-tolerant associated gene of fungus ALF-1(Neurospora sp.) in rhizospheric soil of tea plant was cloned using rt-PCR technique. The gene expression was induced by aluminum treatment, and its sequence was 359 base pair (bp). The opening reading frame (ORF) was 260bp which situated from 100th to 359thbp, and encoded 86 amino acid residues. BLAST analysis showed that the gene sequence obtained was 50% identity to that of Arabidopsis thaliana (thale cress).
