摘    要:采用5株优势木对比加表型选优法,经过初选和复选,选出了12株尾叶桉优树。采用组织培养、扦插等无性繁殖的方式育苗,营造无性系林,测定尾叶桉不同无性系的抗风性、抗病性及其萌芽能力和生长情况等指标,并采用模糊隶属函数法对各指标进行综合评价,筛选出U6为优良无性系。

Abstract:By methods of adopting 5 superior trees to compare the superior phenotype selection, 12 superior trees were selected after the primary selection and reselection. Then they were used to grow seedlings by means of asexual reproduction, for example, cultivation and cuttage. Meanwhile, the afforestation central test was carried out from the small scale to the large scale. In this way, the indexes of Eucalyptus urophylla clones, including the windstorm resistance,the disease resistance,the sprout ability and the growth situation, were measured. And then with the help of the fuzzy subordinate function law, the four indexes were evaluated comprehensively to determine the superior clone. As a result, the U6 clone proved to be an excellent clone.
