With the reference of Heilongjiang and the relevant information,the paper discusses the agricultural production,food consumption and trade of Heilongjiang in 1920s：the per capita arable land in Heilongjiang is large,the yield is less,but the per capita grain is much.The main food consumption is resident consumption,livestock feed and processing,and a large number of grain can be traded to other regions.
