“课程思政”融入面点类课程教学的路径和意义

近年来,在国家大力倡导高校专业课教学中应充分融于德育元素的大背景下,思政教育不再仅是思政教师的责任,专业课教师亦应参与其中。面点类课程教学过程在传授专业知识的同时,需要将课程章节中蕴含的德育元素多层次、多方位地传达给学生;通过课程思政融于课程教学的方式,进一步提高学生的爱国情怀、奉献精神、工匠精神等,向社会输送更多的优秀人才。
