摘    要:近年来,在国家大力倡导高校专业课教学中应充分融于德育元素的大背景下,思政教育不再仅是思政教师的责任,专业课教师亦应参与其中。面点类课程教学过程在传授专业知识的同时,需要将课程章节中蕴含的德育元素多层次、多方位地传达给学生;通过课程思政融于课程教学的方式,进一步提高学生的爱国情怀、奉献精神、工匠精神等,向社会输送更多的优秀人才。

Abstract:In recent years,under the background that the country has vigorously advocated the integration of moral education elements in the teaching of professional courses in colleges and universities,ideological and political education is no longer just the responsibility of ideological and political teachers.Professional teachers should also participate.While teaching professional knowledge,the pastry course teaching process needs to convey the elements of moral education contained in the course chapters to the students at multiple levels and in various directions;Dedication,craftsmanship,etc.,to deliver more outstanding talents to the society.
