中冷器内流动与传热的试验研究

摘    要:分别用热线风速仪和红外热像仪对一管带式气-气中冷器热气测通道孔内的流动与传热情况进行了测试,通过对测试结果的分析说明,通道孔4个角采圆角过渡是提高冷器传热能力的有效途径,两个相邻热气通道孔间的间壁厚度的选择,是影响中冷器传热能力的一个因素;在冷却壁面内侧加入提高扰动的设施,将会强化中冷器的传热效果。

Abstract:The heat transfer and fluid flow in a air to air tube bend intercooler are tested by an infrared image system and a hot wire anemometer separately. The relationship between the air flow status in the hot side of the duct and the convective heat transfer of hot air is discussed. The results show that it is helpful to improve heat transfer performance of the intercooler by changing the corners with radius, selecting the suitable thin tube and plate between two hot air ducts, and adding some device at the inner of cooling boundary in the ducts.
