辣椒叶片离体培养与植株再生

摘    要:以辣椒无菌苗叶片为外植体,就激素对其不定芽分化及植株再生的影响进行了研究。结果表明,BA对叶片不定芽的诱导效果最好,ZT次之,KT不能有效地诱导叶片形成不定芽;IAA与BA相配合使叶片不定芽分化频率明显提高;IBA或NAA与BA的激素组合使叶片不定芽分化频率有所不降;2,4-D对叶片不定芽分化有明显的抑制作用。在分化培养基中添加1.0mg/LGA3有利于不定芽的伸长。不定芽伸长后在不含激素的MS或MS+MA培养基上诱导生根,形成完整植株。

Abstract:Effects of hormones on differentiation of adventitious buds and plant re-generation were studied in leaf culture of pepper in vitro.BA was considered as the bestgrowth regulator for adventitious bud differentiation within 9 cytokinins,The combina-tion of IAA and BA raised the differentiation frequency obviously,Thp highest differen-tiation frequency of adventitious buds was obtained in the medium MS BA6.0mg/L iAA 1.0mg/L,while the lower ones were observed in the combinations of IBA or NAAwith BA.2,4-D,however,showed the inhlbition effect on the bud differentiation.Adding GA_3 in differentiation media promoted the elongation of adventitious buds,Theelongated shoots rooted in media MS without hormone or MS IAA,and developed intocomplete plants.
