回流法与微波法提取白首乌地上部分总黄酮的比较研究

摘    要:[目的]优选提取白首乌地上部分总黄酮的方法和条件。[方法]采用正交试验设计,考虑不同的影响因素,以乙醇回流提取和微波提取2种方法从白首乌地上部分提取总黄酮,双波长分光光度法检测提取总黄酮的含量。[结果]乙醇回流提取率最高为0.241%,微波提取率为0.353%。[结论]微波法从白首乌地上部分提取总黄酮优于回流法。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was optimize the extraction condition for total flavonoids from Cynanchum auriculatum aerial parts.[Method] The extraction rate of flavonoids was used as index and the experimental conditions of reflux and microwave method were optimized by orthogonal design.Double-wavelength spectrophotometric was used for determination.[Result] The maximum total flavonoids from C.auriculatum aerial parts was 0.241% by reflux extraction,0.353% by microwave method.[Conclusion] Microwave method was an ideal way to extract total flavonoids from C.auriculatum aerial parts.
