| 摘 要： | 免疫分析是利用抗原与抗体的特异性结合反应为基础的分析技术,以抗体为核心试剂,具有高选择性、高灵敏度等特点。免疫分析在兽药残留分析中有广泛的应用前景,已经渗透到兽药残留分析的各个环节。文章主要从分析原理出发,对免疫亲和色谱(IAC)、酶免疫分析(EIA)、发光免疫分析(LIA)、荧光免疫分析(FIA)和生物传感器(biosensor)的应用进行了综述,并展望了其前景。

| Abstract: | Immunoanalysia is an analyzing technology that based on the combination of antigen and antibody.The antibody is the core reagent.The immunoanalysia has the characteristic of high selectivity and sensitivity.It has a good progress and has penetrated into every tache of drug residue analysis.This minireview mainly focused on immunoaffinity chromatography(IAC),enzyme immunoassay(EIA),luminescence immunoassay(LIA),fluoroimmunoassay(FIA),biosensor and so on,according to their analysis principle.Also,the prospect of immunoanalysia was indicated. |
