| 摘 要： | 和制造业集群相比,农业产业集群尤其是欠发达地区的水果农业产业集群发展更需要政府的参与和扶持。安徽砀山水果产业集群发展中的地方政府行为研究表明,地方政府在水果标准化基地建设、优化水果深加工企业的投资环境、开拓水果销售渠道等方面具有重要作用,在水果产业集群规划、公共产品的有效供给、产业集群创新网络等方面政府作用有待进一步加强。
