| 摘 要： | 以山东沂源一株叶籽银杏为试材,对其成熟种子的脱落特性和形态指标进行研究,结果表明:9月15日至10月10日,共收集落种1 109个,日均落种数为48个.种子脱落明显分为脱落前期、中期和后期,脱落中期为9月27日至10月4 日.9月16日的种重是6.24 g,9月22日出核率是35.57%,10月5日出仁率是64.17%.本研究对探讨叶生种子发育生理过程有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The mature seed abscission character and morphological indexes of Ginkgo biloba var. epiphylla Mak. in Shandong yiyuan were studied in this study. The result showed that:totally 1109 abscission seed were collected from Sep. 5 th to Oct. 10 th ,and the average amount of abscission seed in one day was 48. The period of seed abscission could be divided into three stages obviously:earlier stage,middle stage,and later stage. The seed weight of Sep. 16 th was 6.24 g,the given nut rate of Sep. 22 nd was 35. 57% ,the given kernel rate of Oct. 5 th was 64.17%. This study had a importance significance in exploring the process of physiological development. |
