摘    要:【目的】探讨不同含水量及添加剂对黄梁木Neolamarckia cadamba叶青贮发酵品质的影响。【方法】以黄梁木叶为原料,晾晒至含水量(w)为80%和70%,每个含水量条件下分别添加甲酸(FA,3 g·kg~(–1))、植物乳杆菌Lactobacillus plantarum(LP,1×10~6 cfu·g~(–1))、壮乐美青贮发酵剂(ZLM,0.005 g·kg~(–1)),并以不使用添加剂为对照(CK)进行青贮。【结果】黄梁木叶干物质中粗蛋白含量(w)为22.89%,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(w)分别为32.84%和24.91%。含水量对黄梁木叶青贮品质有显著影响,随着含水量的降低,黄梁木叶青贮饲料的干物质和可溶性碳水化合物含量极显著增加(P0.01),pH极显著降低(P0.01)。2种含水量条件下,LP和ZLM处理的pH极显著低于CK(P0.01)。在含水量(w)为70%条件下,2种乳酸菌剂均极显著降低了酵母菌数量(P0.01),在含水量(w)为80%条件下,FA处理的可溶性碳水化合物含量极显著高于CK和其他处理(P0.01)。所有处理的大肠埃希菌数量(cfu·g~(–1))的对数均小于2.0,且未检测到丁酸,w(NH4+-N)/w(TN)均低于10%。【结论】黄梁木叶具有较高饲用价值且易于调制青贮饲料,适当降低含水量和添加剂可在一定程度上改善黄梁木叶的青贮发酵品质。
