| Abstract: | Scientific achievements in universities are a kind of information resources necessary to develop, thus the most appropriate sort of development ought to be determined under different circumstances in the course of development and utilization. By analyzing problems and obstacles in the achievement transformation, the author points out university enterprises should be developed and the best trail of achievement transformation will be blazed by establishing rational mechanism according to the principle of market economy. |
