摘    要:为了提高F413曲轴的加工精度,研制了在线测量仪器,设计了专用测试用传感器。该仪器将单片机与人工神经网络相结合用于主动测量,综合了单片机和人工神经网络的优点,克服了传统位移传感器输出电压与位移量难以线性化等缺点,实时显示被磨削曲轴相对于标准轴的大径、小径的动态尺寸。测试结果表明:该仪器抗扰能力强,测控精度高,测试简单。用户可把仪器的结构、参数稍加改动即可应用于其它类型的曲轴进行在线检测,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the positive measurement for F413 shaft,online measurement and control apparatus manufactured,a kind of special sensor which feels F413 shaft was designed,the apparatus combines the technology of single chip with the technology of artificial neural network,colligates the strongpoint of single chip and artificial neural network,overcomes the difficulty of linearization between sensor output voltage and displace,the relative maximum diameter and minimum diameter compare with the standard shaft parts which is measured was shown in real time.Testing result shows that the apparatus is of well anti-disturbance,high precision and easy operating,which it can be applied to different shafts by changing simply its structure and parameters.It has high practicality.
