| 摘 要： | 本实验采用PMSG和hCG对ICR系小鼠进行超数排卵处理,比较小鼠体质量、超排处理时间、激素(PMSG/hCG)注射剂量对超数排卵效果的影响。结果表明:(1)体质量以26~30 g的鼠超数排卵效果极显著好于23~25 g(P<0.01),但与31~34 g之间无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)注射激素的时间以19:00(平均获2-细胞23.2枚/只)极显著好于20:30(平均获2-细胞15.6枚/只)(P<0.01);(3)不同厂家/批号激素的注射剂量(10 IU、15 IU)组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,factors affecting superovulation were studied by comparison of the weight,the time of superovulation treatment and injected hormone(PMSG/hCG) doses on the ICR mice.The results indicated that the superovulation effect of the mice whose weights were from 26 gram to 30 gram was significantly better than that in 23 gram to 25 gram(P<0.01),but was not different significantly from that in 31 gram to 34 gram(P>0.05).The average of 2-cell embryo had significant difference between the time of superovulation treatment at 19:00(23.2) and that at 20:30(15.6)(P<0.01).The injection doses(10IU and 15IU) of different manufacturer and different lot number of hormone had no significant difference in the superovulation effect. |
