干旱对草地早熟禾种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液模拟干旱协迫环境,研究了9个草地早熟禾品种在干旱条件下种子的萌发情况,结果表明,低浓度PEG(0.025 mg/mL)可促进草地早熟禾种子萌发,当PEG浓度达到0.050mg/gL时,对种子的萌发产生了抑制作用,且随浓度的继续增加,抑制作用逐渐加强,不同品种间的受抑制程度表现出明显差异。

Abstract:Using PEG solution of different concentrations to simulate drought,germination ability of 9 Poa pratensis cultivars in drought condition were studied.The results demonstrated that low concentration of PEG(0.025 mg/mL) could promote seeds' germination of Poa pratensis culticars.When concentration reached 0.05 mg/mL,germination of Poa pratensis cultivars was restrained,and with the increasing of concentration,restraining function increased.Restraining functions among different cultivars were significantly different.
