链霉菌S—10菌株发酵条件的研究

摘    要:对S-10菌株的液体发酵条件进行了研究,其产抗培养基配方为3%葡萄糖,3%玉米面,0.4%(NH4)2SO4,3%黄豆饼粉,0.04%MgSO4和0.4%酵母膏。S-10菌株在30℃条件下采用7.5%-10%接种量,发酵初始pH值为7.4-7.6,在一定通气量下,经过120h振荡培养(200r/min),发酵,其抑菌圈半径可达1.15cm。

Fermenting Conditions of S-10 Strain of Streptomyces

Abstract:The fermenting conditions of S-10 strain of streptomyces was studied. The results showed that the fermenting medium which could produce ant i biotics contained the following: 3% glucose, 3% corn powder, 0.4% (NH4) 2 SO4, 3% soybean cake powder, 0.04% MgSO4 and 0.4% yeast extract. Adop ting 7. 5% ~10% inoculating amount, at the temperature of 30℃,the primary pH value of fe r menting liquid 7.4~7.6, the radius of inhibition is 1.15?cm at 200?r/m in after 120?h fermentation of S-10 strain.
