摘    要:种子播前处理具有打破种子休眠、降低病虫害和促进作物生长的作用,是农业生产的重要环节。等离子体活化水(PAW)种子处理作为一种新兴的物理种子处理技术,因绿色环保、操作简单和批量均匀处理等优点而受到广泛关注。PAW富含各类活性粒子,具有优异的生物活性,能够促进种子萌发、减少种子表面病菌,应用前景广阔。本文在阐述了等离子体种子处理技术原理的基础上,综述了液相等离子体放电机理、PAW生产系统及存储方式,并探讨了PAW在促萌发和表面消毒的机理,总结了 PAW 在农业生产中的优势和局限,旨在为PAW种子处理的应用和推广提供参考。

Abstract:Seed sowing pretreatment is essential for agriculture, including seed dormancy breaking, disease sanitation, and plant growth promotion. As an emerging physical seed treatment technology, plasma-activated water seed treatment has gathered increasing attention for its advantages of simple operation and batch processing solution. PAW is rich in species with superior biological activity, facilitating seed germination and inactivating microorganisms on the seed surface. Therefore, PAW seed pretreatment technology is promising to be put into large-scale practice as an environment-friendly technology in the future. The review elaborated the production of PAW, the effect of various treatment parameters on its physical and chemical properties, as well as discussed the effect of plasma-activated water on the germination and sterilization, to provide a reference for the application and investigation of PAW in the future.
